rubyvmware is Ruby native c binding for VMware. rubyvmware makes using ruby to manipulate enterprise virtual machines possible.

Manual:

1.Download source code from rubyvmware project download page.

2.Install VMware VIX .

3.Refer to INSTALL in source package for further detail on how to compile the codes.

4.Remember to copy rubyvmware.so to your ruby path if you wanna call rubyvmware easily.
